CONFERENCE RELATED
1. How do I exhibit or sponsor?

2. How do I book a private meeting room?
There are a limited number of private meeting rooms both on and off the conference floor. They are available for private receptions, product demos, and meetings functions. 3. Do I qualify as a creditor?
For conference registration purposes, we define a creditor as a first party issuer. All other types of companies (including Debt Buyers) are considered non-creditors and must pay the standard registration fee.
4. Can I bring my spouse to the conference?
The cost to register a spouse is $165. Spouse registration includes all meal functions and exhibit area access. Spouse registration does not include meeting room admittance. Spouse registration is intended for spouse not employed in the business, and not attending conference sessions.
5. Do you offer 1 day passes or "meeting only" passes?
The only way to attend the conference is with a standard/full registration. The registration form can be downloaded at http://www.dcs2012.com/pdfs/DCS2012_Conference_Registration.pdf
6. What is the last day to register for the conference?
We do not have a deadline for attendee registrations, however the hotel room rate of $139 is for DCS2012 registered conference attendees. Rooms reserved under this rate are available for conference attendees only. To guarantee the discounted room rate of $139, conference registrations must be completed by August 31st. All unregistered individuals will not be eligible for the discounted room rate and will pay prevailing Red Rock hotel rates.
7. How do I obtain an attendee list?
Prior to the conference, the attendee list is only distributed to exhibitors and sponsors. A list of last year's participating companies can be found at http://www.dcs2012.com/attendees.html. Roughly 60 days prior to the event a current list of registered companies will be posted at http://www.dcs2012.com/attendees.html. However, all registrants will receive a printed attendee list (name/company/email) when they check in at the conference registration desk.
8. How do I attend the Featured Company meetings?
The Featured Company meetings are private, invitation only meetings.
9. Do I need to register for Speed Networking?
You do not need to register for Speed Networking. All registered attendees may participate. Speed Networking starts at 4:45pm sharp and is located directly in front of the Expo.
10. How do I participate in the Bowling Tournament?
All registered attendees may participate, however we do suggest that you sign up for the Bowling Tournament in advance as space is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. You may create your own bowling team by going to http://www.dcs2012.com/bowling.html. There you will find a link to submit your players' names, players' shoe sizes and your team name. There are 6 players per team. If you do not have 6 bowlers, we will allocate 'random' players to bowl with you.
11. What is the cancellation policy?
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on or before March 30, 2012. After March 30, 2012 no refunds will be made. Any substitution will incur a $50 processing fee.
12. When will I receive my receipt (registrations/exhibit booths/sponsorships)?
Receipts are sent as "Paid" invoices via mail roughly 7-10 business days after RMS obtains the payment. The receipt is sent to the individual who is the contact person listed on the submitted forms.
13. Is there a deadline or forms to submit for speaking opportunities?
We do not have a deadline or a formal submission process for speakers. Please submit proposals to dcs@Resourcemanagement.com and include the following information: a unique/trendy topic, presenter(s) name, presenter(s) title, presenter(s) company, and Presenter(s) bio. Please be aware that we receive numerous submissions for every conference and space is limited.
14. What is the recommended attire for the conference?
The dress code is business casual. Be comfortable while learning new trends and networking with other attendees. Choose your shoes carefully because you may do a lot of walking. Receptions don't require a tie or jacket, but many elect to wear one or both. Shorts and t-shirts are acceptable at functions like pool receptions or the bowling tournament.
HOTEL RELATED
1. How do I book a hotel room?

2. How do I book a suite?
There are a limited number of Signature suites available, all of which are on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to book a Signature suite, please email dcs@resourcemanagement.com and include your name, company, date of arrival, and date of departure. A DCS representative will check availability and notify the hotel of your request. If a suite is available, you will then be contacted by the Red Rock for payment information. Changes to your itinerary will be handled directly with the Red Rock hotel.

3. How far is the hotel from the strip?

4. What types of restaurants are at the hotel and how do I make reservations?
