Our membership includes many of the major creditors in the United States and Canada. Membership is limited to creditors only, primarily through member referrals. |

About Chris Bennett:
Chris Bennett is currently responsible for both credit underwriting and collections for all credit card accounts at BMW Bank of North America. He joined BMW in 2004. Prior to that, he had over 20 years of retail credit card experience covering all aspects of credit and collections. He developed training and incentive programs for new and experience collectors and built a legal collections department for a major regional department store.
He has both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration and has taught Consumer Financial Education courses.

About Paula Catterall:
Paula Catterall is Senior Director of Recoveries for Sterling Jewelers, Inc. of Akron, Ohio. Sterling is the nation's largest retail jeweler and operates under various store names including Kay, Osterman, Goodman, Marks and Morgan, and JB Robinson Jewelers, as well as Jared the Galleria of Jewelry. Sterling offers its own credit programs and services its own receivables. Paula began her career as a credit management trainee for Sears. After learning the fundamentals of extending and collecting credit, she supervised a collection division that was one of the best in the corporation. She also taught inexperienced employees in all departmental positions and presented corporate training programs to all credit employees. Early on, she learned the importance of making training sessions interesting by adding her own creative spin.

As Executive Vice President for A.M. Miller & Associates, Inc., a large national collection agency located in Minneapolis, Paula was responsible for collections, as well as all collection area training and auditing. Under her leadership, the collection areas became top-performers for many national credit card, commercial, and student loan clients. Additionally, she implemented an internal audit program and developed management training modules as well as a management-trainee program.
With partners, Paula started a corporation called Collection Management Network (CMN) and served as its President and CEO. CMN operated a national network of collection agencies using a proprietary internet-based collection system. CMN also offered consulting and training services through its subsidiary, LPR.
Paula Catterall has a Master of Business Administration degree from Drake University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa. She served as president of the International Credit Association.

About Brian Donahue:
Brian Donahue has just recently joined BBVA Compass Bank in April of 2011 as the Quality Analyst with Internal Collections and Recovery.
Prior to joining BBVA, Brian held the position of AVP in Procurement/Outsourcing for Regions Bank from July of 2010 to April of 2011. His responsibilities with Regions Bank have included contract negotiations, collections, training and coaching Associates, auditing external vendors (including Collection Agencies, Attorneys, Auctions, and Repossession Agents), representing AmSouth and Regions in litigation/court cases, participating in Recovery Managers Forum (member of executive committee), interaction with Procurement/Risk Management and Tech Governance when adding external vendors, and the management of Agency relationships.

Brian's banking career began with collections positions with NationsBank and branch banking positions with NorWest Financial, Fidelity Financial and Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance. He has been involved in lending/underwriting, dealer finance, repossession, bankruptcy, and collections, as well as branch operations including training, sales, and cash balancing.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

About Chuck Stigers:
Chuck has been actively working in the wireless industry with a focus on collections, since joining T-Mobile in 2002. Chuck began his career at T-Mobile as an Analyst on the Agency Operations team, which managed the collection agency relationships. He was responsible for various facets of the T-Mobile internal collection strategy and policy before taking over the management role in Agency Operations.
Chuck is currently the Sr Manager of Portfolio Risk Operations which encompasses the management of T-Mobile's outside collections agencies, including strategic and systems support, and managing the Bankruptcy function for the enterprise.
Prior to joining T-Mobile, Chuck worked at a couple small high-tech companies after earning his undergraduate degree in Mathematics at Washington State University. Chuck also received his MBA from Florida State University.
